OFFICE AND STUDIOS
Accountant:
This person will keep account of all income and expenditure,
fixed and liquid assets and will be a key player in budgeting
and forward planning.
Sales:
Sales persons will be responsible for attracting sponsors
and associates who will help to fund the day to day running
of the organisation.
Resource
Centre manager:
Our resource centre is another of our three main divisions.
The manager will be head of this division and a member
of the Executive Committee. This person will need to build
this division into a successful entity from the ground
up.
* Station manager (Radio):
This manager will be head of this division and a member
of the Executive Committee. This person will be responsible
for building the Radio Station into a successful entity
from the ground up. They will manage all aspects of the
station and report to the Executive Committee. more>>
Executive
Producer:
To do research where needed and to compile all the prepared
material for each day’s broadcast and put it all
together so all parts of the schedule falls in place without
hitch or hiccups. more>>
Assistant
Executive Producer:
Responsible for co-ordinating the programme provision
and development of programming at the UIC Radio Station
ensuring a consistent standard. more>>
Audio
Programme Editor:
Responsible
for editing audio programmes that aim for the highest
standard in terms of scripting, sound quality and editing.

Radio announcers:
Voice over CDs etc. and be the voice on our radio shows.
We already have 2 male announcers but now require a female
announcer.
Control
Room Operator:
Responsible for operating the sound desk and
associated equipment to produce recordings of the highest
standard in terms of sound quality and editing. more>>
Technician:
This person will be responsible for seeing to it that
all electrical equipment are in good working order and
that all recording, storing and broadcasting equipment
are properly calibrated and wired for optimum performance.
Logistics:
Organise and Archive radio shows, messages, interviews,
music CDs etc.
Manage and document stocks.
Time management (assure that live internal as well as
external programmes keep on time)
Company
secretary or lawyer:
This person will ensure that all our activities and ventures
are legal and within government guidelines, and prepare
for submission all related documents needed on a timely
basis.
Web
administrator:
Manage web content. This person will be responsible for
where, when and what content will go on site.

Web master:
This person will be responsible for the proper functioning
of the web site and its varying components such as the
streaming audio, the chat room and server side programming
for membership forms etc.
Journalist:
Write and source Articles on Christian related issues
locally, nationally or internationally.
Editor:
Proof read web content.
Write questions for and conduct panel discussions and
interviews.
Monitor calls during call in programmes.
Monitor the web site chat room, bulletin board and discussion
forums.
Administrator:
May be required to be present at different committee
meetings to record minutes etc.
Manage Executive Officer’s diaries, make and receive
calls, send and receive e-mails, type letters. Manage
dispatching and distribution of letters and flyers etc.
Graphic
designer:
Responsible for designing all our PR material (stationary,
flyers, banners, news paper adverts etc.)
Public
relations officers:
This person will be responsible for creating content for
PR material and for designing a strategy that will get
UIC/UICR into the public domain and with the correct image.
Promotions
Manager:
Organise, plan and execute UIC/UIC Radio related united
events. Also responsible to manage follow up after such
events.
