The organisation is divided into 3 divisions whose managers will report to the Executive Committee. The divisions are, the main Web Site, the Radio Station and a Resource Centre.

Executive committee members must structure and manage their departments to function in a very effective and efficient way. Executive committee members make a commitment to the success and growth of the organisation. They must demonstrate due care and make a measurable contribution towards the realisation of the UFC vision.
